Conditions of rent:
weekly prices include A16
electricity and water consumption extra bed costs A18 from B16 Oct to
30th Apr and 60 from 1st May to 30th Sep -numbers of beds per flat:
4/5 = 4 beds at any time which can be increased to 5 on request; 4/6 =
4 beds at any time which can be increased to 6 etc. Each additional
bed costs as above. -arrivals on Saturday after midday (12:00)
departures before and not after 09:30 (except by prior arrangement)
-cost of cleaning must be added to the prices: 20 for 2 room flats,
30 for 3 room flats 40 for 4 rooms or more -flats with air
conditioniong cost 20 extra per week when the remote control unit is
requested. -bed linen costs 10 per person and must be requested in
advance
La biancheria non viene
fornita, a richiesta costo aggiuntivo 10 a persona
kitchens are equipped with
basic cooking equipment, dishes and cutlery for the number of beds
method of payment: within
24 hours of confirmation 30% of the total price must be sent by postal
money order and a copy of the transaction faxed to +39 0963 609 042
the balance of the total price must be given at the moment the keys
are consigned. The balance must be paid in cash.
